Acne & oily skin Care Routine


  1. Put on a hair band to get your face free from hair.


  1. Clean your face with SAIAN Active Cleanser in the evening. Apply a small amount of cleanser in your hands and work up a lather. Cleans face with circular movements. Remove cleanser with warm water. This cleanser contains AHA acid and should only be used once a day. Patch the skin dry with a clean napkin.


  1. If you have akne infections, you can use the High Frequency machine oninflamed areas for 2-3 minutes.


  1. Apply SAIAN Active RX Mask to your entire face or on your acne areas. Allow the mask to work for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Use this mask 1-2 times a week. Varie with SAIAN Enzyme Mask 1-2 times a week. Apply the mask with a Mask Brush and let the mask work under a damp towel or in a bath / shower for about 10 minutes. Do not let the mask dry!


  1. Remove the mask with lukewarm water. If you have large pores, the Enzyme Mask can get stuck in the pores and you may need to remove the mask by using a cleanser. If it is difficult to remove the Enzyme mask, use the SAIAN Botanical Lipid Cleanser to remove the mask.


  1. Spray the face with SAIAN Herbal Toner.


  1. Moisturize the face with SAIAN Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum and follow with SAIAN Replenishing Creme if more moisture is desired.


  1. To calm down irritated and red areas, you can use SAIAN Jelly Globes as a cool and soothing ending to your home treatment.


  1. Finish with SAIAN Sunscreen Mist if you are going out in the sun.


  1. Repeat step 6, 7 & 9 every morning!



Tips & Trix

  • Sleep with your bun if you have long hair
  • Change your pillow case every other day
  • Do not touch your face with unwashed hands
  • Try not to mess with your pimples. Visit a licensed skin therapist to help you with extractions!
  • Use the headset while talking on the phone to avoid contact with the mobile phone on your skin
  • Be careful with the hygiene when staying at the gym
  • Do not wash your face too often


Possible Causes of Acne:

  • hormonal causes - medicines like testosterone or steroids
  • lifestyle changes can affect, like stress, divorce, etc.
  • wrong diet - too much sugar & processed food
  • disturbance of the skin's normal microflora due to oilyand toxic products that are comedogenic
  • genetic factors


Eat a good diet rich in vegetables and fruits, drink a lot of water to hydrate from the inside out. Increase your blood circulation through exercise. Be sure to breathe properly to oxygenate your cells. Avoid stress!
