Many people complain that their skin is constantly dry and often uses heavy oil-filled creams that give the illusion that the skin becomes moisturized when it's actually dried out. Oily products remain on top of the skin's surface, blocks the pores and does not allow the skin to breathe. It is better to use a waterbased skin care product and drink a lot of water to hydrate from the inside out. It is important to exfoliate a dry skin at least once a week!
Eat a good diet rich in vegetables and fruit and drink a lot of water. Increase blood circulation through exercise. Be sure to breathe properly to oxygenate your cells. Avoid stress!
