Skin care routine for Rosacea:


  1. Put on a hair band to get your face free of hair.


  1. Cleans your face with SAIAN Botanical Lipid Cleanser in the evening. Apply a small amount of cleanser in your hands and cleans face with circular movements. Remove cleanser with warm water.


  1. Apply SAIAN Restoring Mask in a thin layer on the entire face. Allow the mask to work for at least 15 minutes. This mask is used 1-2 times a week. Varie with SAIAN Enzyme Mask 1-2 times a week. Apply the mask with a mask brush and let the mask work under a damp (non hot) towel or in a bath / shower for about 8 minutes.


  1. Remove the mask with lukewarm water. If you have large pores, the Enzyme Mask can get stuck in the pores and you may need to remove the mask by means of a cleaning. If it is difficult to remove the Enzyme mask, use SAIAN Botanical Lipid Cleanser or SAIAN Replenishing Cleanser to remove the mask.


  1. Spray the face with SAIAN Herbal Toner.


  1. Apply SAIAN Tri Active Collagen Serum to the entire face and follow with SAIAN Amino Lift Leave On Mask or SAIAN Replenishing Creme if more moisture is desired.


  1. Finish off with SAIAN Sunscreen Mist if you are going out in the sun.


  1. Repeat point 5-8 every morning!





Signs of Rosacea:

  • swelling of the nose may occur
  • often redness around the nose and cheeks
  • red spotted areas with small irregularities and sometimes pimples
  • skin may swell and feel sore
  • can occur together with acne outbreaks
  • glossy and oily appearance due to damaged skin barrier
  • extreme sensitivity to cosmetic substances like fragrance and synthetic preservatives


Possible causes of rosacea:

  • skin immune system in a hyperactive condition
  • chemicals in make-up and cosmetics
  • genetic factors
  • excessive sunbathing
  • menopause or pregnancy
  • rapid temperature changes
  • lack of essential fatty acids due to fat-free diet
  • the barrier function in the skin is damaged
  • drugs that widen blood vessels such as those against asthma, arthritis, hay fever and other allergies


In the case of Rosacea - Avoid face masks with paraffin, hot towels, steam and extractions on vascular areas, acids, waxes, chemical peels, facial scrubbs, microdermabrasion, rigorous massage or facial machines with electric current.


Eat a good diet rich in vegetables and fruits, drink a lot of water to hydrate from the inside out. Increase your blood circulation through exercise. Be sure to breathe properly to oxygenate your cells. Avoid stress!
